CLOTHING & CAPS:
Screen Printing
The cheapest form of printing on clothing. When considering screen
printing on clothing, please note that there are limitations in
reproducing fine detail and colour registration because we are printing
on flexible, coarse weave material. Sometimes logos must be simplified
or altered to give better registration, and if this is the case you
will be advised by Email or fax.
Plastisol Printing
Here a Plastisol transfer is heat-applied to the article. Used when detail is too intricate for screen printing.
Embroidery
Used as the best quality branding alternative on clothing such as
polo shirts and caps. Embroidery costs vary with 'stitch count' (which
increases with size). To provide an easy to follow guide we have used a
drop down menu of increasing sizes for you to select - just click on
the size closest to your desired Logo size. WPW will confirm any
embroidery size if necessary once we receive your actual Logo artwork.
METAL, PLASTIC & WOODEN PREMIUMS:
Pad Printing
Up to 4 colours on hard items like pens, golf balls, plastic or
metal items. This is the most common method for branding colour logos
to a maximum size of 50mm.
Screen Printing
Items with print areas larger than 50mm must use screen printing.
Please note, that registration is less exact, and print areas must be
flat.
Laser Engraving
Commonly used on metal pens to a maximum logo size of 30 mm. Laser
engraving brings up the base colour of the logo in the engraving. If
you want your logo greater than 30mm in size please call 1300 79
58 02 for an estimate.
LEATHER, PU & PVC ITEMS:
Foil Stamping or Embossing
Can be done in gold or silver. This is the highest quality branding for leather or PU 'leather look' items
Screen Printing
Sometimes used when one or more colours are required. A cheaper alternative for PVC items such as compendiums.
GLASSWARE & COFFEE MUGS:
Decal Printing
Here a decal transfer is printed in the desired number of colours
and then fired onto the mug or glass. Decals can be made in 1-4 spot
colours or even 4 colour process. Logos are commonly applied as 'one
position' or half wrap decals or 'two positions' (front and back) full
wrap decals. A full wrap decal enables you to use a Logo on the front
and a message on the back of the mug or glass; a Logo in both
positions, or a full wrap design all the way round.
Special
decals may be used on glassware to give either a 'frosted Logo' look or
a 'frosted glass' look with Logo in clear reverse.
SPECIAL 4 COLOUR PROCESS ITEMS:
4 colour process is available for a number of special items such as
mouse mats, coasters, fridge magnets, and match books. These items each
carry 4 colour process price lists linked to each product.
